Day 4 in Ukraine

Well, it's already 5:30 pm in Horol, so the day is almost over. There's not much to update except they did get all their bags back--yay!

Here is today's prayer request:

Today we organize our inventory and train our helpers. Pray that God will give us guidance with organizing our week and determining assignments.

Colossians 4:2-6
Continue steadfastly in prayer, being watchful in it with thanksgiving. At the same time, pray also for us, that God may open to us a door for the word, to declare the mystery of Christ, on account of which I am in prison that I may make it clear, which is how I ought to speak. Walk in wisdom toward outsiders, making the best use of the time. Let your speech always be gracious, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how you ought to answer each person.

Tomorrow is Sunday, and we were told months ago that Mitch would be expected to speak at the services. He is SO nervous. So be praying now for him for that. :) He won't be the only speaker though--it is common to have more than one sermon on Sunday morning, and it is common for the services to stretch beyond 3 hours. Mitch said if the military could find some way to bottle or induce the anxiety that he feels before and during going up to speak on stage in front of a crowd, he is SURE it would be a form of torture. LOL. He ranked it right up there with water boarding. :)
